What is cleared, what is attributed and what still needs written permission before AI FPL is commercialised.

Commercial-use status

The site is not yet cleared for commercial launch. Official headshots, crests and unlicensed match photography have been removed from the interface; the main remaining gap is the commercial use of official FPL and fixture data. A disclaimer or attribution does not replace a licence.

Player and club visuals	Created for AI FPL	Owned	Original unbranded shirt renders and simple club-colour shields replace official headshots and crests. The shields use plain initials and do not copy club badge artwork.
FPL prices, ownership, points and set-piece orders	Official Fantasy Premier League service	Permission needed	A public endpoint is not a commercial licence. Written permission or a licensed replacement is required before monetising this use.
Official badges and player headshots	Premier League-hosted assets	Not displayed	The current interface does not render these assets. They must stay out unless the relevant club, league and image-holder permission is obtained.
Fixtures and match-event data	Premier League/FPL and match reports	Permission needed	Commercial fixture and match-data use should be cleared with the relevant rights holder or an authorised data supplier.

Before taking payment or advertising

Replace unlicensed FPL data with a sportsbook or data-provider feed whose contract expressly allows public display and derived analysis, or obtain written permission from the relevant rights holder.
Keep official club crests, exact kits, player likenesses and match photography out of the interface unless the relevant commercial licences are recorded.
Clear the fixture and match-data feed with Football DataCo or an authorised provider.
Have a UK intellectual-property solicitor review the AI FPL name, trophy mark, disclaimers and the finished supplier agreements.
