Data and image rights

What is cleared, what is attributed and what still needs written permission before AI FPL is commercialised.

Commercial-use status

The site is not yet cleared for commercial launch. Official headshots, crests and unlicensed match photography have been removed from the interface; the main remaining gap is the commercial use of official FPL and fixture data. A disclaimer or attribution does not replace a licence.

Before taking payment or advertising

  1. Replace unlicensed FPL data with a sportsbook or data-provider feed whose contract expressly allows public display and derived analysis, or obtain written permission from the relevant rights holder.
  2. Keep official club crests, exact kits, player likenesses and match photography out of the interface unless the relevant commercial licences are recorded.
  3. Clear the fixture and match-data feed with Football DataCo or an authorised provider.
  4. Have a UK intellectual-property solicitor review the AI FPL name, trophy mark, disclaimers and the finished supplier agreements.
