Information handled

The Most-owned 100 saves a small comparison snapshot in your browser. It stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings. When you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any information you choose to include. Our hosting provider may also process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, PostHog may receive page views, clicks, interaction events, referring pages, URLs, browser and device details, an anonymous identifier and technical network information. We use it to understand how the site is used and improve its content and tools. The lawful basis for this optional analytics processing is your consent. PostHog processes the information through its EU service. We do not identify visitors by name or email and do not use the information for advertising.

Why other information is used

Technical information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. Messages are used to answer support requests, correct information, handle privacy requests and respond to rights or licensing enquiries. These activities support our legitimate interests in running a reliable publication and responding to people who contact us.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the website, deliver email or provide consented analytics, and when disclosure is required by law. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, maintain an appropriate record or meet a legal obligation. Analytics information is kept only while it remains useful for understanding and improving the site, subject to the PostHog project’s retention settings. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s security and retention arrangements.

Official FPL information

The site requests public information from the official Fantasy Premier League service. It never asks for or stores your FPL password. Data and commercial-use questions are covered separately in the data and image rights register.

Analytics choices and cookies

Analytics stays off unless you allow it. You can decline or withdraw consent without losing access to AI FPL. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice, and read the cookie policy for details.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email team@fantasyprem.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
