Editorial standards
How we decide what matters, where the information comes from and what happens when something changes.
AI FPL is an independent UK-based FPL analysis publication. It is not part of a wider media network and is not affiliated with the Premier League.
Sources come before speed
We prioritise official club updates and manager press conferences, confirmed line-ups and match reports, Premier League and FPL information, then reputable national and specialist football reporting. Rumours are labelled cautiously or left out.
Facts and analysis are separate
A start, substitution, injury update or set-piece order is evidence. A projected score is AI FPL analysis. Predictions are labelled as model outputs and should never be presented as confirmed information.
Automation and AI
Automated tools help structure data, compare checks and prepare drafts. They do not make an unverified claim true. Published reporting should remain attributable to a source, match event or clearly labelled model.
Updates and corrections
Live scores and points can move after publication. Material corrections should be made promptly and the article’s modified date updated. Minor spelling or presentation fixes may be made without a separate correction note.
